Help - The average head size for a man is 58cm. The average head size for a lady is 55cm.  The largest head size is very unlikely to exceed 64cm and the smallest 51cm. What Thickness to Buy?
For warm water diving (+26C) a good quality 3mm Hood is usually adequate. If your diving is a mixture of Warm Water and Colder Water (+10C to 26C) we recommend 5mm Hoods with a Seal. If you mainly Dive in Waters Below 17C or tend to feel the cold more than others we offer a 6mm Double Seal Hood that’s exceptionally warm and comfortable.
