Metric Weights - Comfortable,  ergonomically shaped and extremely durable Polymer coated lead weight.      Environmentally friendly.
These weights are used with a weight belt cut to size and in conjunction with weight retainers.  Please make sure that the belt buckle is suitable for the amount of weights to be used.
